Warranty Administration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Warranty Administration Specialist to join our team at Gap Consulting. This role will involve providing excellent customer service and ensuring seamless warranty administration processes.
About the RoleThis is a key position within our organization, requiring strong administrative skills and attention to detail. As a Warranty Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for managing warranty claims, communicating with customers, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities- Manage warranty claims from initial submission to resolution
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding claim status and requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of warranty claims and customer interactions
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years' experience working in a dealership environment as a warranty clerk
- Experience working on Keyloop Drive is an advantage
- A valid driver's license
- A stable track record
- The ability to provide contactable references and 6 months of pay slips
We offer a competitive negotiable basic salary (dependent on experience), incentives, and benefits package. Only suitable candidates will be shortlisted and contacted within 14 days.
We estimate the salary for this role to be between $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
