Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Answer phone calls from customers, respond to customer inquiries and complaints, and provide information about our services and products.
  • Issue Resolution: Research and resolve customer complaints regarding product sales, customer service issues, and other related matters.
  • Communication: Provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information about our services and products, process forms, orders, and applications as requested.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess excellent technical skills, including proficiency in computer applications relevant to the role.
  • Administration: Manage administration tasks, communicate and coordinate with internal departments, and maintain customer confidentiality.
Requirements:
  • Education: Matric is compulsory.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, presentable, clear criminal record.
