About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to oversee the sales department and drive the sales strategy at HR Studio. This dynamic role will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and actively engaging in selling our products and services to boost revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing training and support to the sales team.
Requirements
  • You have a strong background in sales and business development with proven experience in leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential for this role.
  • You are results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A car and valid driver's license are also required.
