Business Growth and Revenue Enhancement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development and Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing businesses, driving revenue, and leading high-performing teams.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic and challenging opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role in business development and sales. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to drive growth, and managing a team to achieve sales targets.
The successful candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, extensive experience in credit and lending, and a proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our client base
- Manage a team of business development and sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Negotiate complex loan transactions and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 10-15 years' experience in business development and sales, with a strong track record of achieving results
- 5 years' experience in a senior manager or director role, preferably in the secured and bridge lending industries
- Strong conceptual skills, with the ability to contribute at a strategic level and integrate BD and Sales activities with operational priorities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
The salary for this role is estimated to be between R1 500 000 and R1 700 000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
