About the RoleThe Revenue Earnings Strategist will be responsible for driving the Annual Revenue Plan and Profitability Strategy, forecasting performance, analyzing market trends, and advising on revenue-boosting initiatives. This involves competitive analysis, group evaluations, business performance reporting, and leading weekly revenue meetings.
Key Responsibilities:- Forecast revenue growth and develop strategies to achieve targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement.
- Develop and implement plans to drive revenue growth through effective pricing, yield management, and distribution strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of revenue-generating initiatives.
- A 3-year Hospitality Diploma and a Revenue Management Qualification are required.
- Candidates should have experience in revenue management, including knowledge of cloud-based Property Management Systems (PMS), channel management, and Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
- Intermediate MS Excel skills and familiarity with Ideas G3 or Ideas RMS are essential.
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail are necessary for success in this role.
- A competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
