About the Role
This pivotal role will ensure that our sales processes are streamlined, efficient, and aligned with our business objectives. As our Sales Systems Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our sales strategy and enhancing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Sales Systems Manager who excels in optimizing sales operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, ability to analyze sales data and metrics, and excellent communication skills.
- You will be responsible for building, leading, and managing a team of sales systems professionals to enhance productivity and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Facilitate the successful integration of sales technologies, ensuring that systems support the sales teams goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to align strategies and improve overall sales performance.
- Oversee data governance processes to maintain high levels of data quality and consistency across all sales systems.
Requirements
- A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales operations or systems management, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the hospitality or related industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and other sales technologies; experience with data analysis tools is advantageous.
What We Offer
