Your Key Responsibilities:
- Target UK SMEs: Focus on UK-based recruitment companies to drive sales growth and enhance client engagement.
- Proactive Outreach: Utilize phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business leads and expand our client base.
- Craft Tailored Proposals: Support the creation of compelling sales presentations and personalized proposals to secure meetings and close deals.
- Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally in B2B or SME markets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Multi-tasking Ability: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively while keeping your focus on achieving results.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales analytics is a plus.
