Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HRBP to join our team at Nedbank. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing, planning, and implementing progressive HR initiatives that align with our strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR advisory support to business leaders, interpreting HR policies and advising on appropriate actions.
  • Educate business leaders to mitigate people risk and ensure adherence to legislation by consulting and providing guidance on our HR policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Partner with business leadership to develop business unit plans that address the people agenda, including diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Execute day-to-day operations of the HR function, including HR administration, policy review, and development of HR systems.
  • Monitor progress and impact of HR practices through regular meetings, report reviews, and data analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest thought leadership in HR and share insights with the team to improve delivery to clients.
Requirements
  • 8 years of experience in HR generalist roles.
  • Professional qualifications or an honors degree.
  • Strong business acumen, change management, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to inspire others, drive results, and build talent.
