B2B SaaS Growth Accelerator

We are seeking a highly skilled B2B SaaS Growth Accelerator to join our team in Cape Town. As a growth accelerator, you will play a critical role in driving growth and scaling adoption of our AI sales automation platform.
Your primary responsibility will be to rapidly scale adoption of both AI products, setting appointments and closing deals. You will also collaborate with onboarding teams for customer setup and retention, work closely with product teams to gather customer insights, and drive exponential growth in B2B SaaS through an 80/20 approach.
In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be expected to:
- Grow monthly recurring revenue
- Retain clients long term
- Communicate the value-add of our AI solutions clearly and persuasively
- Focusing on appointment setting, closing deals, leveraging cold email and LinkedIn outreach as primary strategies, refining messaging on websites, collateral, and landing pages to boost conversions, managing Apollo.io for outbound automation, deal tracking, and pipeline management, working with product and onboarding teams to tailor solutions and ensure retention, continually testing, measuring, and refining strategies, applying 80/20 principles for rapid growth, weekly reporting and execution, tracking key metrics, and presenting insights, improvements, and next steps to leadership
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Proven B2B SaaS growth and lead generation experience
- Proficiency in Apollo.io for outbound email campaigns and CRM management
- Strong communication skills and ability to cut through noise to secure rapid conversions
- A self-starter mindset: prioritise channels that deliver the fastest path to revenue
