B2B SaaS Growth Hacker

Join a team deploying the latest AI technology into the industry, focusing on automating the sales agent space for high-growth and enterprise customers. We are a well-funded AI start-up with an experienced entrepreneurial team, looking for a Growth Hacker to drive monthly recurring revenue growth.

Our Technology

  • Live chat automation with a custom knowledge database powered by Retrieval Augmented Generation (proprietary tech, 18 months in development).
  • Proprietary sales script and conversation flow builder, enabling on-brand, compliant conversations.
  • Bespoke integration with client websites, CRMs, and sales processes.
  • Rekindles connections with orphaned CRM data, re-engaging historic or inactive customers via WhatsApp.
  • Fully automated AI conversations, requiring no extra staff.
  • Interested leads are fed back into the CRM for follow-up.

Role:

  • Rapidly scale adoption of both AI products, setting appointments and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with onboarding teams for customer setup and retention.
  • Work closely with product teams, gathering customer insights to shape new features and refine product-market fit.
  • Drive exponential growth in B2B SaaS through an 80/20 approach, focusing on the biggest impact for monthly recurring revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow Monthly Recurring Revenue.
  • Retain clients long term.
  • Communicate the value-add of our AI solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Focus on appointment setting, closing deals.
  • Leverage cold email and LinkedIn outreach as primary strategies.
  • Refine messaging on websites, collateral, and landing pages to boost conversions.
  • Manage Apollo.io for outbound automation, deal tracking, and pipeline management.
  • Work with product and onboarding teams to tailor solutions and ensure retention.
  • Continually test, measure, and refine strategies, applying 80/20 principles for rapid growth.
  • Weekly Reporting & Execution.
  • Track key metrics (appointments set, MRR closed, retention).
  • Present insights, improvements, and next steps to leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven B2B SaaS growth and lead generation experience.
  • Proficiency in Apollo.io for outbound email campaigns and CRM management.
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to cut through noise to secure rapid conversions.
  • A self-starter mindset: prioritise channels that deliver the fastest path to revenue.

Skills Required:

  • Apollo.io: demonstrated experience with prospecting, sequencing, and analytics.
  • Growth Marketing: expertise in lead gen, funnel optimisation, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Copywriting & Psychology: ability to write persuasive, customer-centric messaging.
  • Technical Tools: familiarity with Senja.io, Google Analytics, and AI-driven marketing tools.
  • Collaboration: work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams.

Team & Reporting:

Report directly to the CEO. Collaborate with Growth, Sales, and Product teams across Cape Town, London, and Serbia.

  • 30 days paid leave (including bank holidays).
