About the Role
This position is ideal for those enthusiastic about cloud payment technology in South Africa. You'll work closely with clients, Client Service, Operations, and Engineering teams to define and deliver product roadmaps. Your expertise in B2B SaaS technology will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client service experiences.

You'll collaborate with various functions within Electrum, including Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Client Service, and Cloud Operations. Direct client interaction is a critical aspect of this role.

Main Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be working with clients to solve complex problems and delivering scalable technology solutions handling millions of financial transactions daily. Your goal will be to drive innovation and excellence in cloud payment technology.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Commerce, or Finance, or equivalent working experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS services, preferably in payments or banking technology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Curious about technology applications in payments and transaction processing.
