Help Desk IT Support Specialist

About the Role
We have an opening for a Help Desk IT Support Specialist in our Customer Support Department at Spinnaker Software.
The successful candidate will assist our end-users in logging calls, troubleshooting, and escalating calls to the relevant departments. As a Help Desk IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients in the retail industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist end-users in logging calls and troubleshooting issues
- Escalate calls to the relevant departments as required
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients in the retail industry
- Work shifts of 8 hours between 6:30 and 23:00, with standby and overtime required from time to time
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a can-do attitude. IT graduates with A+ and N+ certification are preferred, but we will consider candidates with experience only.
About the Team
You will be working in a dynamic team that provides technical support to clients in the retail industry. The team works shifts of 8 hours between 6:30 and 23:00, with standby and overtime required from time to time.
