About the Role

We have an opening for a Help Desk IT Support Specialist in our Customer Support Department at Spinnaker Software.

The successful candidate will assist our end-users in logging calls, troubleshooting, and escalating calls to the relevant departments. As a Help Desk IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients in the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist end-users in logging calls and troubleshooting issues
  2. Escalate calls to the relevant departments as required
  3. Provide technical support and assistance to clients in the retail industry
  4. Work shifts of 8 hours between 6:30 and 23:00, with standby and overtime required from time to time

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a can-do attitude. IT graduates with A+ and N+ certification are preferred, but we will consider candidates with experience only.

About the Team

You will be working in a dynamic team that provides technical support to clients in the retail industry. The team works shifts of 8 hours between 6:30 and 23:00, with standby and overtime required from time to time.
