Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and troubleshoot complex software issues
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via various communication channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with new software releases and updates
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support
  • Experience with Oracle PL/SQL and software troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
