The Tower Group seeks a highly skilled Help Desk Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Job Overview

As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance with their rental vehicle needs. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Assist customers with the pickup and return of their rental vehicles, as well as other requests related to reservations.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks, including capturing fuel consumption, tracking vehicle movements, and handling claims reports.
  • Ensure the security and quality control of vehicles and company property, identifying and reporting any issues that do not meet our quality standards.
Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years of front office or customer service experience.
  • NQF level 4 (Matric or equivalent) qualification.
  • A valid Code 8 driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience.
  • Computer literacy.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work overtime, shifts, and weekends when needed.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of R180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
