We are seeking a skilled and vibrant Frontline Customer Service Representative to join our team in the City Deep area. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients, providing administrative support, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer switchboard calls and screen incoming messages
  • Pick up slips, invoices, PODs, and courier documents, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Follow up on PODs and provide assistance to the accounts department as needed
  • Utilize computer literacy skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook to maintain efficient workflows
  • Provide support to other departments as required, demonstrating adaptability and a can-do attitude
  • Maintain attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and activities
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Pastel Evolution experience is advantageous, but not essential
  • Availability to work in the City Deep area, with a reliable mode of transportation
Benefits

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including:

  • A gross monthly salary of R10,000.00 (negotiable up to R12,000.00 based on experience)
  • A Provident Fund contribution after 6 months of employment (compulsory)
