Lead the charge in delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction across Southern and Eastern Africa.

You will be responsible for ensuring seamless order administration and exceptional customer experiences. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and a related tertiary qualification, you'll thrive in this dynamic position.

As a strong communicator, you'll effortlessly interface with senior management teams internally and externally, driving customer satisfaction through expertly managing end-to-end order processing. Your knack for identifying process weaknesses and implementing change will be invaluable as you coordinate internal teams and liaise with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end customer operations, ensuring seamless order processing and delivery coordination.
- Drive client satisfaction by monitoring and improving SLA performance.
- Create and maintain customer SLA documents, managing order expectations effectively.
- Utilise internal systems to process customer actions and provide timely feedback to sales teams.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments, resolving issues promptly.
- Develop proficiency in ERP systems to optimise order processing efficiency.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in order entries, invoices, and dispatch specifications.
- Promote procedural compliance among stakeholders and represent the company at client meetings, driving positive change in customer service excellence.
