Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Overview:

Moladira Skills is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical support and customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot telecoms and IT-related issues, offering effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Log and document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to higher support levels as needed while maintaining communication with the customer.
  • Assist with network setup, device configuration, and basic troubleshooting of telecom products and services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products, services, and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Customer Experience (CX), IT Helpdesk, or IT Service Desk roles.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of telecoms and IT concepts is mandatory.
  • Qualifications: Minimum of a Certificate or Higher National Certificate in a technical field, such as A+, N+, or telecommunications.
  • Location: Must be willing to work in a fast-paced telecommunications environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, and a passion for helping customers with technical queries.
