Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team at Alfred Nzo. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative activities at Branch level, providing data capturing services, and managing assets.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate financial administration activities at Branch Level.
  2. Provide data capturing services at Branch level.
  3. Coordinate asset management activities at Branch level.
  4. Provide administrative support at Branch level.

Requirements

  1. Matric (NQF Level 4) and a Certificate (NQF Level 5) in Office Administration.

Key Performance Indicators

  1. Effective coordination of financial administration activities.
  2. Accurate data capturing services.
  3. Successful asset management.
  4. Excellent administrative support.
