You will work closely with the People Delivery Specialist to develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating various administrative functions to ensure HR processes are executed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Key Deliverables:
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement.
  • Coordinate HR-related tasks and activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the People Delivery Specialist.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
