Job Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team at Alfred Nzo. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative activities, providing data capturing services, and managing assets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate financial administration activities at Branch Level.
  2. Provide data capturing services at Branch level.
  3. Coordinate asset management activities at Branch level.
  4. Provide administrative support at Branch level.

Essential Requirements

  1. Matric (NQF Level 4) and a Certificate (NQF Level 5) in Office Administration.
  2. 2-3 years' experience in a similar environment.
  3. Prior experience of information management system.
  4. Comprehensive knowledge of administrative duties and responsibilities.
