Job Description:

Ananzi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Managing Director's office, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' secretarial experience, with 4-5 years at a senior level. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels. The ideal candidate will be computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office packages, and have a high level of proficiency in English and German.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Managing Director's office
  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and other members of the team
  • Ensure the smooth running of the office, including coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the entire office


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7 years' secretarial experience, with 4-5 years at a senior level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office packages
