Job Overview
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team. As a Reception and Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, making a lasting impression with your professionalism and welcoming demeanor.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide switchboard services by screening incoming calls and transferring to relevant staff.
  • Offer reception and administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Handle face-to-face enquiries from visitors and respond to their queries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Control inventory relevant to the reception area and maintain the area in a presentable state at all times.
  • Plan and coordinate support personnel diaries to optimize productivity.

Requirements
  • A Matric certificate or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
  • An Office Administration Certificate would be an added advantage.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience is required, preferably in an administrative capacity.
  • Familiarity with switchboard systems and Seda's products and services would be beneficial.
