Archives and Records Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Archives and Records Administrator to join our team at PMG Recruitment. This role involves designing, implementing, and administering record systems and related information services to support efficient access, movement, updating, storage, retention, and disposal of files and other records.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of records management policies, processes, and procedures, as well as experience in developing and implementing these policies. You will also be responsible for ensuring that records and information required for operational management are readily available, trusted, and consistently accurate.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing records management policies, processes, and procedures
- Designing and implementing record systems and related information services
- Maintaining control over records throughout their lifecycle
- Providing training and support to staff on records management best practices
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as office management, library science, or archives. Additionally, 7 years of experience working at a senior level in a document and records management environment is required. Experience in setting up and implementing a document and records management system is also necessary.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per annum depending on experience.
