Job Description: As a Filing and Record Management Coordinator at IntelliStaff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. You will use SharePoint navigation experience to your advantage and have strong attention to detail. Your responsibilities will include data capturing, conducting daily audits to ensure data accuracy, and maintaining and filing records electronically and in hard copy according to archiving procedures.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • SharePoint navigation experience is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience managing large volumes of data (electronic and physical).
