Document and Records Manager

We are looking for a skilled Document and Records Manager to join our team at PMG Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of record systems and related information services to ensure efficient access, movement, updating, storage, retention, and disposal of files and other records.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large volumes of documentation and experience in developing and implementing effective records management policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for identifying and addressing potential risks to records management and providing guidance to staff on records management best practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing record systems and related information services
- Maintaining control over records throughout their lifecycle
- Developing and implementing records management policies, processes, and procedures
- Identifying and addressing potential risks to records management
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as office management, library science, or archives. Additionally, 7 years of experience working at a senior level in a document and records management environment is required. Experience in setting up and implementing a document and records management system is also necessary.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per annum depending on experience.
