Records Information Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and implement Records Management policies that meet organizational needs.
- Maintenance and Control: Ensure the accurate and consistent maintenance of records throughout their lifecycle.
- Archiving and Reporting: Coordinate the archiving and reporting of records in accordance with organizational requirements.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of records management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., office management, library science, archives).
- Post-graduate degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., management, financial management, social sciences).
- Seven years' experience working at a senior level in document and records management or a related environment.
- Experience in setting up and implementing a document and records management system.
