About the Job

We are seeking a Customer Support Manager to join our team at Surgo HR & Training. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end customer orders, leveraging your technical skills and service management expertise to ensure efficient and accurate order handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage customer orders from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring timely updates and resolution of any issues.
  2. Apply service management principles to deliver high-quality service to customers, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support product development and address order-related technical issues.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, communicating clearly and resolving any concerns.
  5. Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to achieve results, demonstrating exceptional customer orientation and multitasking abilities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in service management or a similar IT role, with a strong understanding of technical concepts.
  • At least 1 year of technical experience related to product development, preferably in an Agile environment.
  • ITIL IV Foundation certification is mandatory for this position.
  • Strong customer orientation, multitasking skills, and effective communication are essential for success in this role.
  • Excellent time management and result-oriented approach, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in German at a strong B2-C1 level, with English proficiency at a B2 level being a plus.
