**Job Description:**

Talent Shore SA Ltd seeks an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their Customer Support team. As an Administrative Assistant - Customer Support, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless communication between teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Provide exceptional customer service through professional phone etiquette and clear communication
  • Work closely with the Client & Sales Support Team to ensure seamless administrative processes
  • Process Proof of Deliveries (PODs) accurately for the Accounts Department to invoice
  • Process workflow for salesforce updates via WhatsApp voice notes and related tasks

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working in a similar role or industry
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
