This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Accounting Support Specialist. As a key member of our Customer Operations department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer relationships, and implementing business processes.
Main Responsibilities- Support the Insight Legal Software Product, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, maintaining a positive and professional image.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Degree in Accounting or related field, with relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to communicate complex information simply and clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective time management and organization skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
