Customer Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing customer support and resolving issues related to Seda's products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support and resolve issues related to Seda's products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions to enhance business skills and knowledge.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to promote Seda's products and services.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of customers and provide feedback.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3 – 4 years' experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
