About the Role

The Country Director South Africa will be responsible for leading the company's project development activities in South Africa, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer. This role is a key position in the ib vogt group, overseeing the performance of the profit center South Africa and developing the country organization to execute the regional strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the country business strategy in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team to deliver the strategy.
  • Steer the annual budgeting and forecasting of the region, setting clear strategic goals and ambitions.
  • Ensure the effective management of the P&L unit to meet financial and operational KPIs and strategic goals.
  • Oversee development activities from project origination through project development and commercialization, identifying growth opportunities in the region.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability to drive results and achieve goals.
