Strategic Sales Director for Electronic Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead our sales team in the electronic B2B space.
About the Role- Lead a team of 4-6 sales people and 2 support technicians to drive sales and meet targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our customer base.
- Negotiate and agree contracts with key customers.
- Collaborate with the management team to set sales goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience as an Area or Team Manager, leading a team to achieve sales targets.
- Proven track record of success in business development and key account management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Affinity for technical products and solutions.
- Experience in security distribution, electrical wholesales, ICT distribution, fire protection, or related sectors.
- A competitive salary range of R25,000 to R35,000 per month, plus commission.
