A well-established IT company delivering high-quality technical and corporate management solutions, based in Pretoria East, is seeking an experienced Key Accounts Business Development Specialist to join their dynamic team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, developing and maintaining strong partnerships, and driving business growth through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Provide exceptional customer service, handle client queries and concerns, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key accounts, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Growth Initiatives: Identify opportunities for account growth, collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies, and implement plans to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in understanding client needs, offering appropriate solutions, and ensuring seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Reporting: Monitor account performance, track growth, and provide regular reports to management, highlighting key metrics and insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze complex problems, identify creative solutions, and implement effective strategies.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
  • Multitasking: Proven ability to multitask, juggle competing priorities, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM Software: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, with experience in using tools to manage client interactions, track performance, and analyze data.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel, with a valid driver's license and ability to commute to client sites as needed.

Benefits and Remuneration:

R 12,000 - R 15,000 CTC per month, providing a competitive salary package that reflects the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
