Key Accounts Business Development Specialist

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Accounts Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team at People Dimension in Pretoria East. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with our existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
**About the Role:**
The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks effectively. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services to our clients.
**Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement with potential clients.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.
- Monitor account performance, track growth, and provide regular reports to management.
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
**Salary Range:** R 12,000 - R 15,000 CTC per month.
