This position offers an estimated salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's strategic plan to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities and drive the company's growth and expansion strategies.
  • Provide visionary leadership and direction to all departments within the agency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in sales and/or client support, preferably managing a temporary/contingent recruitment business.
  • Minimum of 3 years' leadership experience with demonstrated success building and leading support and client relationship management teams.
  • Experience and existing network in Africa would be advantageous.
