Job Description

TalentCru is seeking a Strategic HR Business Development Manager to join our team. This role demands strong operational HR expertise and leadership skills, with a passion for driving people strategies and organizational excellence.

About the Role
  • This Senior HR Business Partner will lead HRBP role with two direct reports: HRBP and Employee Services Administrator.
  • Experience working in a unionized environment with strong ER/IR experience is essential.
Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing People Strategies that align with the business plan, attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
  • Supporting short and long-term business needs to drive competitive advantage.
  • Acting as a People co-Pilot to the business unit, mentoring and coaching the business head and their team.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive exposure to CoC/CoS processes, including Talent Management, Learning Development, Employee Relations, Compensation Benefits, and Recruitment/Resourcing.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing change through organizational design, development, and business transformation techniques.
