Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Top Talent Professional Services.

This role will focus on developing and maintaining key relationships with retail clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with buyers and negotiate deals to secure sales and promotion opportunities.
  • Forecast and analyze client stock levels to optimize product listings and drive revenue.
  • Develop and implement advertising plans with retailers to meet client targets.
  • Project manage new releases and promotions, including coordinating with field representatives and sales promoters.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure seamless execution of promotional activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (ideally BCom).
  • At least 5 years of experience in Client Relationship Management and Key Accounts Management in retail.
  • Excellent planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
