The Role

As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for delivering or exceeding an agreed set of financial targets and objectives through high-quality account management.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to planning, documentation, reporting, and data recording in line with agreed methods and targets to achieve or exceed targeted revenue for products.
  • Identify key account issues, needs, and demonstrate the business value of Lexis Nexis products to build solid relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Ensure customer experience is in line with agreed targets, in terms of quality and frequency of contact.
  • Achieve or exceed targeted revenue for products by identifying up-sell or cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

  • Be results and target-driven with a self-motivated aptitude.
  • Have excellent communication skills, essential for effective relationship-building with customers.
  • Have experience working within a B2B sales/customer service environment and retaining and growing customers.
  • Demonstrate the ability to spot commercial opportunities, with a successful customer service and sales support background.
