About the Role
Status Staffing is seeking a skilled Client Contact Centre Service Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve client queries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Log and manage client interactions in a CRM system
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding their policies and claims
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve client issues
- Meet quality and productivity standards
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
