Eduvos is looking to employ the services of an Academic Administration Manager at our Claremont campus on a full time basis

**Purpose of the position**:
- To ensure academic administration implementation and compliance per allocated faculty on campuses
**Minimum Requirements**:
**Minimum qualification**:
- Relevant undergraduate degree
**Experience**:
- Three to five years student administrative experience in the higher education environment with two years’ managerial experience or demonstrated management potential
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Enrolment (access and RPL and exclusion) (academic vetting - admission compliance, 1st level student issue resolution)
- Resolve escalations
- QA sampling
- Student records (document management, moderation process administration, 1st level student issue resolution)
- Academic progression planning per individual student (using Natashia’s academic planner template)
- Graduation verification and alumni administrative support
- Condone faculty related passes recommendations to Assessment Board
- Capture marks
- Collection of remarking and moderation from faculties (assessment related queries)
- Process assessment related queries
