You will be responsible for:
General administrative duties e.g. filing, typing, capturing of data, etc.

Farming of database to find sellers (telesales)

Setting up of meetings

Create, organize, edit and maintain property, tenant, and related documentation

Coordinate tenant and manager requests, supply needs and maintenance schedules

Reporting of relevant cash transactions to the FIC (Financial Intelligence Centre)

Daily usage of Property Management system

Daily capturing of payments received from both Tenants and Landlords

Management of insurance claims pertaining to buildings and/or clients

Maintenance of an effective filing system

Monthly reconciliations on tenant statements

Monthly "recoveries" of municipal services on tenant statements

Receiving and processing of tenant requests

**Qualifications**:
Matric/Grade 12 Certificate

Diploma / Certificate (Administration) will be adv

2 - 3 Years experience

Working knowledge of: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

**Skills**:
Good communication skills and able to work well with a diverse team (Afrikaans & English)

Deadline orientated and work well under pressure

Attention to detail

Excellent time management skills

Positive and assertive attitude

A good team player

Ability to work both independently and in a team

Must be someone who is bubbly, humorous and pleasant

Well presented

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R7 000,00 - R9 000,00 per month
