Healthcare Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven E-Commerce Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through inbound and outbound sales efforts.
Job DescriptionThis is a full-time remote position, requiring a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the health, wellness, and beauty industries and be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Fielding inbound sales inquiries, including phone calls, emails, and RFQs
- Qualifying and ranking leads to ensure timely follow-up
- Providing product information and helping leads narrow their search to suitable products
- Creating delivery plans for prospective orders
- Moving leads through the sales funnel to close and take payment
- Handling customer service situations that require a high degree of finesse
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls/emails to past customers
- Closing sales and achieving monthly sales quotas
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field (highly beneficial)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in over-the-phone and email sales
- Professional experience with digital marketing, e.g., managing company social media accounts
- Exceptional over-the-phone and email sales ability
- High degree of responsiveness and punctuality in communications
- Precise written and verbal communication skills
- Fast, self-guided learner and confident independent operator
- Very high attention to detail
