About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading provider of healthcare professionals. As a Medical Sales and Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for selling our services to private hospitals, conducting presentations to prospective clients, and establishing their needs and requirements.

You will work closely with our internal teams to design comprehensive proposals that address key accounts' needs and align with our overall objectives. Your role will involve preparing and delivering compelling presentations to key clients, showcasing the benefits of cross-divisional collaboration and our capacity to meet their evolving needs.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can build strong relationships with our clients and staff. You will need to have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell our services to private hospitals and conduct presentations to prospective clients
  • Establish clients' needs and requirements and advise on the benefits of utilizing our services
  • Draw up quotes in conjunction with our internal teams and present them to clients
  • Negotiate with clients to ensure we meet their needs and requirements
  • Follow up on all visits and quotes to clients to ensure we deliver high-quality services
  • Promote our services to all staff who are not already registered with us
  • Liaise with operational staff regarding logistical issues related to efficient service delivery to our clients
  • Provide daily and weekly feedback reports on activity in the field
  • Obtain competitor information and submit it to relevant supervisors or managers for further investigation by management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and staff
  • Manage new business brought into the company and ensure clients remain active with us
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and sales
  • Knowledge of the Temporary Employment Services (TES) industry
  • Strong understanding of business development, account planning, and strategic partnership management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to identify creative solutions to complex challenges
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Good grasp of mathematical concepts
  • Computer literacy with MS Office
  • A valid driver's license with own reliable vehicle
