Medical Sales Business Development Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Business Development Manager to join our team at Allmed Healthcare Professionals.
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong track record of success in business development, sales, and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our services to private hospitals, conducting presentations, establishing client needs, and advising on the benefits of utilizing our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell our services to private hospitals, promoting our company and its capabilities to key decision-makers.
- Conduct presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our expertise and value proposition.
- Establish client needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions to meet their evolving demands.
- Draw up quotes in conjunction with the General Manager, Business Development Executive, Branch Manager, Business Manager, and Managing Director.
- Present quotes to clients and negotiate accordingly, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Follow up on all visits and quotes to clients, maintaining excellent relationships and driving sales growth.
- Promote our company to all staff not already registered with us, expanding our network and opportunities.
- Liaise with operational staff regarding logistical issues, ensuring efficient service delivery to our clients.
- Provide daily and weekly feedback reports on field activity, informing strategic decisions and optimizing performance.
- Obtain competitor information and submit it to relevant supervisors or managers for further investigation by management.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR CLIENTS AND STAFF.
- Manage new business brought into the company, driving revenue growth and expansion.
- Ensure clients remain active with the company, fostering long-term partnerships and loyalty.
- Monitor contracted medical professionals' sales and client policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence.
- Support monitoring of operational staff performance through ongoing assessments and evaluations.
- Source new business opportunities for contracted medical professionals, driving growth and revenue.
- Lead, direct, and motivate the sales team/consultants to achieve the company's sales objectives.
- Review and implement sales strategy plans, driving results and innovation.
