Job Overview

Rad Resources is seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the administration, implementation, and monitoring of remuneration, employee benefits, and job grading policies.

About the Role

This role is accountable for reporting on employee costs and related matters, as well as ensuring compliance with tax and labor legislation. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing pay structures, bonuses, and other forms of compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement remuneration strategies that align with the company's overall philosophy
  • Administer and monitor employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
  • Design and implement job grading systems to ensure fairness and equity
  • Analyze and report on employee costs and related matters
  • Stay up-to-date with changing tax and labor laws and regulations
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in remuneration and benefits, with at least 2 years of job grading experience
  • 2 years of payroll experience
  • 2 years of reporting experience
  • Power BI experience is an asset
  • Grade 12 (essential)
  • 3 years tertiary qualification in HR-related field (essential)
  • Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) Certification (essential)

  • Knowledge of Payroll & HR Systems
  • Knowledge of Tax and Labour Legislation

Estimated Salary Range:

R 500,000 - R 700,000 per annum
