Job Title: Compensation Administrator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compensation Administrator to join our team at The Recruitment People. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a part of the company's payroll, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Optimize payroll processes to improve efficiency, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely payments.
- Client Communication: Develop strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional support and addressing their concerns in a professional manner.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Manage documentation and record-keeping to meet regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Diploma or Certificate in Payroll is essential; 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Sage 300 and experience working with unions is necessary.
