Job Description: We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our team at Matched Business Partners in Rivonia, Sandton. As a key member of our human resources team, you will be responsible for ensuring that employee compensation and benefits are accurately calculated and processed. Your main functions will include checking branch posting sheets daily, processing leave and sick leave, and addressing pay-related queries within 48 hours. Additionally, you will need to provide guidance on payroll-related matters to employees. A strong understanding of employment law and tax regulations is required for this role.

This position would suit an organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is essential. A Matric Certificate and previous experience in payroll, preferably with SAGE 300, are also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring accurate calculation and processing of employee compensation and benefits.
  • Checking branch posting sheets daily.
  • Processing leave and sick leave.
  • Addressing pay-related queries within 48 hours.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' experience in payroll, preferably with SAGE 300.
  • Previous experience in the CAR (Motor Vehicle) industry.
  • Strong numerical skills, administrative, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range: R25,000 - R40,000 per month.
