Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at RecruitCo (Pty) Ltd. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates, while ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Switchboard and Reception: Answer switchboard calls in a timely manner, take accurate messages, and direct calls to the relevant personnel.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Client and Candidate Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and candidates, responding to inquiries and providing information as needed.
  • Document Control: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including attendance registers and client visit reports.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area and boardrooms are always presentable, and assist with general office maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
  • Matric: A minimum of a Matric certificate is required.
  • Reception Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a reception or switchboard role.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in two languages, including English.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
