Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Professional Resources Partners Pty Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and employees
- Manage the front desk and switchboard functions, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and directed to the correct people
- Ensure all messages are correctly relayed to the relevant employees
- Perform general administration duties, including filing, photocopying, and maintaining accurate records
- Organize and arrange purchase requisitions for travel arrangements and other office supplies
- Uphold the company's Code of Ethics and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Manage the POD register and maintain accurate records
- Supervise and assist the cleaner as needed
- Make appointments for managers and create GRNs for incoming material
- Order stationery, groceries, and consumables as required
Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
- Microsoft Excel skills are essential
- Syspro experience is advantageous
- Minimum 1 year's experience as a Receptionist
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Punctuality and honesty
