Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at RecruitCo (Pty) Ltd. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Switchboard and Reception Duties: Answer switchboard calls in a timely manner, take accurate messages, and direct calls to the relevant personnel.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients and candidates, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Document Control: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including attendance registers and client visit reports.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area and boardrooms are always presentable and well-maintained.
Requirements:
  • Matric: A minimum of a Matric certificate is required.
  • Receptionist Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in two languages, including English.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
